More than 150 professionals are actively engaged in our organisation. They offer the opportunity to share their experience. Through our courses, one can discover and learn their crafts in a hands-on situation.
This offers:

- an ability to re-create skills acquired in the work-place, at home, in retirement,
- preparation for a career-change or hobby.
We propose much more than a simple catalogue of courses. All the professionals are qualified. A committee examines and assesses the skills, their commitment to ecological standards and their willingness to share their experience. The approval of our committee is a guarantee of their high standards of practice.
Language :
Courses are carried out in one of the following ways :
- the courses are held in the French language – we welcome those who have sufficient French to join these courses and benefit from total immersion in French culture
- the professionals speak directly in English to the participants
- the courses are held in the French language with an English translator
