Signing the booking form implies full and total accordance with the hereby conditions.
2.1 The training course content is described on the on-line index cards of the activities.
2.2 During the course, some activities may be adapted or modified, depending on the weather (gardening, picking…).The tutor shall attempt, at best, to set up equivalent activities. In no event shall l’ASSOCIATION SAVOIR FAIRE & DECOUVERTES be liable for these modifications and no compensation shall be claimed by the participant.
3.1 The bookings are taken into account by the ASSOCIATION SAVOIR FAIRE ET DECOUVERTE in their order of reception. The ASSOCIATION SAVOIR FAIRE & DECOUVERTES shall operate everything to respect the training course dates wished by the participant. The ASSOCIATION SAVOIR FAIRE & DECOUVERTES shall confirm the occurrence of the training course from reception of the payment.
3.2 Gift-course: these prepaid training courses are valid for participation within 14 months from emission date. The beneficiary shall join by Internet or by telephone, thanks to the code which appears on the mail which is given to him/her, in the date of his/her choice, according to the available spaces on the day of registration. If the beneficiary cannot participate for a reason which falls to the ASSOCIATION SAVOIR FAIRE & DECOUVERTES , he/she shall be offered another training course of the same value or a refund. It is possible to participate in a training course different from the one indicated on the gift voucher, by choosing in the gift-courses index (requests to be made only by phone or mail). If the price is higher than the amount of the gift voucher (registration fees included), the participant shall have to pay the complement to the ASSOCIATION SAVOIR FAIRE & DECOUVERTES at the time of the registration. In case of loss of his/her gift voucher or not use within term, there shall be no refund.
4.1 Certain training courses are organized considering a minimum number of participants. This number varies from a training course to another and can be supplied on simple demand. If this number is not reached 6 days before date foreseen for the training course, it is expressly agreed that the ASSOCIATION SAVOIR FAIRE & DECOUVERTES would not have to maintain the training course. The already paid sums shall be restored to the participant or transferred to another date or training course.
4.2 If the number of participants is too important for a given training course the ASSOCIATION SAVOIR FAIRE & DECOUVERTES shall offer new training course dates. In case of refusal of the new given dates, the already paid sums shall be totally refunded.
5.1 The totality of the price is to be paid at the time of registration.
5.2 Registration fees (5 %) are added to the price indicated on the catalogue and on the on-line index cards of the activities. The prices of the gift-courses are inclusive of VAT.
5.3 The fixed prices do not include accommodation expenses unless otherwise stipulated on the index cards of activities. Lunch time (or dinner time) is provided for some training courses; this is written in the index cards of activities.
5.4 The prices entitled “private”are reserved for the participations in an individual frame. Any participation realized within the framework of the vocational training is charged to the rate " professional training " or shall give place to a specific estimate in case of multiple registrations.
6.1 Cancellation by the ASSOCIATION. The ASSOCIATION SAVOIR FAIRE & DECOUVERTES could be brought to cancel the training course in case of material or physical impossibility (e.g.: flooding) for the tutor to carry out the scheduled training course. In this hypothesis, the ASSOCIATION SAVOIR FAIRE & DECOUVERTES shall refund the paid sums to the participants or schedule new dates or a training course for a different activity of equal value, without any compensation.
6.2 Cancellation by the participant. By returning his/her booking form by mail or by validating it on the Internet, the participant makes a commitment in a definitive way. The realization of certain scheduled training courses is subjected to a minimum number of participants (see 4). The ASSOCIATION SAVOIR FAIRE & DECOUVERTES cannot consequently accept cancellations without keeping a compensation. So, when the cancellation is due to the only fact of the participant, whatever is the cause, the ASSOCIATION SAVOIR FAIRE & DECOUVERTES shall keep as revocation 25 € per person and per day of training course if the cancellation intervenes more than 20 days before the beginning of the training course. If the participant wishes to re-schedule his/her training course to a later date, he/she can do so at no cost more than 45 days before the beginning of the training course. Passed this period, a 20-€ lump sum per day of training course shall be asked.
7.1 Responsibility of the participant. By sending back the registration form, the participant recognizes to be affected by no disease, infirmity, allergy making incompatible the good progress of the training course with his/her health. He/She makes a commitment to respect safety instructions, in particular to wear certain accessories such as safety glasses, as well as the advice of use of products or tools and equipments which shall be given to him/her by the tutor of the training course. Every participant shall have to verify that he is well covered in a private capacity for the chosen activity.
7.2 Responsibility of the ASSOCIATION SAVOIR FAIRE & DECOUVERTES. The ASSOCIATION SAVOIR FAIRE & DECOUVERTES declares to have signed a liability insurance which covers " physical, material, immaterial injuries directly resulting from material and physical guaranteed damages, caused to others and resulting from an accident arisen because of activities exercised by the insurant and taking place during the training courses ".
According to the act of 6th January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties every participant is informed that the personal data on the registration form can be later the object of automated treatment. The participant is informed that he has a right of access and rectification on the information concerning him/her.
